Booker led the way with 46 points, 22 of which he scored in the third quarter alone as the Suns pulled away.
Luka Doncic scored 34 points for the Mavericks, but could not prevent their fourth defeat in the fifth game. Top performer Kyrie Irving was again missing from the Texans due to his thumb injury.
In San Francisco, the Golden State Warriors won against the Atlanta Hawks in their first game since the death of their assistant coach Dejan Milojevic. Before the 134:112, both teams remembered the Serb, who died unexpectedly last week as a result of a heart attack, in an emotional ceremony. Two Warriors games were subsequently canceled and postponed.
