Nordic skiing: the Tour de ski starts again from Davos, the sprint tomorrow – Other Sports

A free technique sprint awaits tomorrow the participants of the Tour de ski, who have made the transfer from Dobbiaco (Bolzano) to Davos (Switzerland), where the fourth and fifth stage of the 18th edition of the Nordic skiing event are scheduled. In the Swiss town, the sprint and pursuit on Thursday will serve to further define the rankings in view of the closing scheduled in Val Di Fiemme on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 January with the 15 km in classic mass start technique and the ascent of the Alpe del Cermis.


Of the eighteen athletes initially registered, seven Italians and five Italians remain in the race: Federico Pellegrino (ninth in the provisional ranking of the tournament, 1’08” behind the leader Harald Amundsen), Elia Barp (35/o), Martino Carollo (36/o ), Paolo Ventura (39/o), Giandomenico Salvadori (52/o), Simone Daprà (53/o) and Dietmar Noeckler (68/o) in the men’s field. Competing in the women’s tournament are Caterina Ganz (33/yr 5’40” from Jessica Diggins), Martina Di Centa (38/yr), Anna Comarella (41/yr), Federica Sanfilippo (43/yr) and Nicole Monsorno (54 /to).
