The Mexican delegation in Archery continues to demonstrate its ability to compete and obtain outstanding results, as once again they have won a medal in no more and no less than in a World Championship.
Ángela Ruiz arrived at the Archery World Cup in Colombia and at just 16 years old she took silver, after losing to the Korean Lim Sihyeon.
Ruiz, who signed part of the delegation’s historic participation in the World Cup in Turkey, demonstrated his ability to fight for a place at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Ángela Ruiz’s result was added to what was achieved by Miguel Becerra, Juan del Río and Sebastian García in teams and the couple of Dafne Quintero and Sebastian García, who have three medals in the tournament.
