Boston becomes the first team in the conference finals

The Boston Celtics are the first team to reach the conference finals of the National Basketball Association (NBA).

The best team in the main round got the necessary fourth win in the series on Wednesday (local time) with a 113:98 win against the Cleveland Cavaliers and is now in the final of the Eastern Conference for the third time in a row. Opponents will be either the New York Knicks or the Indiana Pacers.

The Celtics struggled against the Cavaliers for a long time. “We didn’t expect to win the game in the first or second quarter. It takes as long as it takes,” said Jayson Tatum, who scored 25 points, the most for the Celtics, after the game. Getting into the conference finals is not a great success: “I’ve been here many times. That’s not the goal.”

Al Horford had an outstanding game and finished with 22 points and 15 rebounds. The best thrower for the Cavaliers was Evan Mobley with 33 points.
