Judo Association in Chiautempan Aims for National and Continental Success

CHIAUTEMPAN.- Having judo as a state benchmark for results at the national and continental level is the main achievement we have.

The president of the association and coach Miguel Muñoz Guzmán knows that having completed one participation is not enough, now he will seek to work to obtain a medal.

He says that by 2024 work will begin with a view to having a greater international presence in order to achieve training and thus have that real possibility.

“To consolidate that result with a medal at the world level, I am aware of that great dream one has, but nevertheless it is a real expectation that can be palpable and can only be achieved with work and conditions”

These conditions would provide the basis for another short-term goal. Have a representative who complies with an Olympic process. Because having greater contact abroad would give more points in ranking and thus aspire to meet this objective.

“It is not far away, it has been worked on, it can be a woman, at any time it can also be a man and in this sense that process is a challenge, it only requires work and hard work, being in international events and generating points”

At the moment Natalia Padilla is the top candidate, because she has already had a Pan-American presence with medals.
