Ho Bugt Havbad is a new association in Esbjerg Municipality and is a member of DGI.
We are working together with Esbjerg Municipality to establish suitable club rooms with a sauna for sea bathers on both the short and the long course.
VISIONS
• To spread winter bathing, open water swimming and sauna culture for the benefit of young people, adults and the elderly
• To create a framework that is conducive to community, health and quality of life
• To create life and activity on the coast and the local environment – also in the cold months of the year
• To have an architectural seaside pearl at Esbjerg, which will put the city on the map – now also as a seaside resort
• To make year-round bathing available – first and foremost for Esbjerg Municipality’s citizens, guests and tourists
• To brand Esbjerg as an attractive city with a focus on good and healthy association life
• To add more metropolitan quality to Esbjerg
We have entered into a partnership with Hjerting Badehotel and have access to the wonderful facilities, which consist of a changing room, sauna, cold water shower and fitness machines.
It is open every day from 06.30 to 21.00.
The sauna is on throughout the opening hours with a temperature of 85 degrees C.
The old woman provides daily cleaning.
The door code is sent by e-mail to the members who have paid for the facilities.
The door code changes continuously.
