Frank Doetsch appointed as Arbitrator for IJF Disciplinary and Appeals Committee

The IJF disciplinary regulations stipulate that there must be referees for various committees, which must decide in the first instance on incidents that contradict moral and ethical principles and the sportsmanship of judo.

There is a list of respective country representatives, from which three referees are appointed for each incident by the IJF president if necessary.

Frank Doetsch has now been placed on the list of arbitrators for the Disciplinary and Appeals Committee and, if necessary, would be tasked with reviewing disciplinary cases together with two other members.

“It is an honor for me to be on this list and to be able to support and promote the values from the code of ethics that are so important in the sport of judo,” says Frank Doetsch about this task.
