1) Q: What information do I need to provide if I want to receive a quote for customized products?
A: You must provide the following order details:
A) the fabric material and its GSM, order quantity, size table, PMS Pantone color code NOT CMYK.
(b)your project, which if possible, also provide the picture to check, then our professional design team will help you design.
c) processing technique to be used, be it complete sublimation, screen printing, embroidery, wallpaper twill, thermal transfer press, patch, etc.
d) particular requirements for sewing, packaging, zip closure, etc…
Q: Do you have stock products to sell?
A: Sorry, we don’t have, We work OEM order.
3) Q: When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
A: The format you can choose: PDF, CDR, ai vector files
4) Q: How many days can you finish the sample? How about mass production?
A: Generally, 7-10 days for sample preparation. Mass production lead time will depend on quantity, production art, etc., 14-20 days for small quantity.
5) Q: Do you provide sublimation-proof mini fabric printing before production and check the finished products before shipping?
A: Yes. We start mass production only after the sublimation proof is confirmed by customers. Each product will be inspected by QC before shipping.
