Authorities said the victim got into a verbal argument with a man whose identity is not known. He allegedly tried to intentionally hit him with his car. After chasing the vehicle as it sped away, Isaacs’ friends reported that the individual stopped to get out and fire shots at the 30-year-old.

No arrests have yet been made in this case.
