Zack Snyder’s Strict Nutritional Plan and Workout Routine for Keeping Up With Superhero Movie Demands

Zack Snyder is responsible for a large part of superhero movies. He is the director and screenwriter of Justice League and Rebel Moon, and has worked with actors who have had to transform his physique to give life to the characters he created, such as Jason Momoa and Ben Affleck.

Now, Snyder is the first to set an example, even if he is not the protagonist, and follows a strict nutritional plan and a training routine to keep up with the demands of the job.

According to Magazine Men’s Health, The 57-year-old director always “has a mix of fruits, vegetables and proteins on hand, such as egg whites, steaks, broccoli, asparagus, apples and mangoes.” Furthermore, he believes that getting older requires being more careful with his diet, although from time to time, if he goes out with his wife to a restaurant, he treats himself to carbonara, his favorite dish.

As for his exercise routine, Snyder trains with the actors he works with to empathize with the effort they make to achieve a spectacular physique. If he is not shooting, he puts himself under the orders of physical trainer Alessandro Komadina to train his entire body: he lifts weights, and plays pickleball and badminton.
