Coach Bonanni’s Academy La Spezia returns to victory in the Tuscan Serie B. The La Spezia team beat Coach Venturi’s Valdarno at PalaMariotti Number 8 and thus moved up the rankings, reaching a record of 4-8. Dragged by a Duccio Galluzzi with 23 points, the University students therefore took first place thanks to a record of 10-1. In the same group, however, Coach Innocenti’s MY Basket Genova falls at home against Coach Petricca’s Arona Basket. There are 21 points for Luca Penco wearing the Biancoblù tank top, a team that is currently in seventh place with a record of 5-6. Finally, a brilliant victory for Coach Imarisio’s Pallacanestro Vado in Group A. Parrots victorious at the Geodetico against Coach Tarlao’s Basket College Novara also thanks to 28 points from Nicolò Buscicchio, the team’s top scorer. Vadesi currently ninth with a record of 3-8.

Ten out of ten for Coach Caversazio’s Tigullio Basket in the Conference Levante of Regional Division 1. Having won the PalaSprint against Coach Strano’s Basket Follo, the San Margheritians currently find themselves at 20 points, with a four advantage over Coach Ricci’s Gino Landini. Lericini defeated at PalaCarrino against Coach Marenco’s Aurora Chiavari, led by the duo of Derick Enoyoze and Gianluca Garibotto.

The result, that of Chiavari, outlines a gap of four points between the fourth in the standings, i.e. Coach Villani’s Next Step Rapallo, and the fifth, i.e. Coach Annigoni’s Villaggio Basket. Winning academics at Parco Tigullio against Coach Soncini’s Blue Sea Lavagna, still without any victories. Villaggini overtaken away by Valpetronio Basket, which has recovered in recent weeks and achieved its second victory of the season.

Top scorer of the La Spezia team was Giorgia Vittiman with her 17 points, precious for the victory of the Accademiche. Victory also for Coach Cabani’s Gino Landini, victorious away at PalaMarco against Coach Accinelli’s New Basket Ponente. The star of the match was Giulia Bagalà, who scored 26 points with three triples in the last quarter which effectively closed the contest. Finally, the matches between Coach Bernardello’s Polysport Lavagna and Coach Oliveri’s Cestistica Savonese and between Coach Cassaro and Brondi’s Basket Sestri and Coach Giacobbe’s Ardita Juventus have been postponed.
