Ulmerfeld/Amstetten Judo Club Shines at Lower Austria League Final

AMSTETTEN/STOCKERAU. The Ulmerfeld/Amstetten competition community is one of the strongest judo clubs in Lower Austria. At the league final in Stockerau, the Müaookami1 team (Ulmerfeld/Amstetten) took second place behind Klosterneuburg in the Shinzen A student league.

The Amstettners relegated the Lower Austrian performance centers Shiaido (Wr. Neudorf) and the LZ Krems to their places. The Müaookami2 team took second place in League C behind the Judohaien from Baden. In the adult category, the “Müaookami” team was able to get revenge on the Judo Sharks and won the League B title. With the victory, the Ulmerfeld/Amstetten team achieved promotion to the State League A.

8x Gold

The 4th round of the Weinviertel Cup was also held in Stockerau. Amstetten’s offspring won gold eight times in the final round. In the overall ranking, the Amstettners won eleven gold medals thanks to Barbara Öllinger, Alessandro Pop, Felix Schwandl, Barbara, Johanna and Lilou Gruber, Matthias Elser, Raphael Figel, Nico Riesenberger, Michael Gruber and Christian Schwandl.
