In 2023, judoka Tobías Vidal was one of the outstanding athletes of our city.
The representative of the “Maldonado” dojo of the city of Córdoba, managed to be crowned at the national and international level. Vidal was awarded the gold medal in the 39th edition of the “Centro República Tournament” in the cadet category up to 66 kg, which was held in Villa Carlos Paz and in turn, he was a gold medalist in the “National Clausura Championship” of judo which was developed in the Technological Node of the city of Santiago del Estero, where he also won the bronze medal in the junior category.
At the international level, his presence stood out in the “Pan American – Oceania Cadet Championship” 2023, which was held in Calgary (Canada), where he won the bronze medal.
Vidal also won a silver medal in the “Pan American Cadet Cup Córdoba 2023”.
