During the Telethon, in addition to the festive part in the multipurpose room, the soles were crunching at the Alain-Jean-de-Nicolay gymnasium. The Bad’in Montfort club provided the sporting part there. As is his tradition, he organized a fairly robust friendly tournament there: We welcomed 14 teams for 42 players from all over Sarthe, 5 teams more than in 2022, specifies co-president Aurélien Mauté. A tournament in partnership with the Les Petits Pieds association, which was responsible for an entertainment corner for children and the refreshment bar for gourmets. The crepes in particular were paraded at the reception counter, in the main hall equipped with tables for greater conviviality. On the sporting side, it’s a satisfaction, the formula of mixed team matches (two men and one woman) was well received. In the end, the mobilization for the Telethon cause worked in these places, because we made a donation of €830 to the AFM (French Association against Myopathies), one of our best years!.
