Victory Corner will celebrate on Saturday, December 30, the XI San Silvestre and the Solidarity Kilometer for the benefit of the ASALBEZ Association, according to the Sports Councilor, Antonio José Martín. The sporting event, organized in collaboration with sports clubs in the municipality, will have its starting point in the Promenade of the town, next to the Tourist Office starting at 12:00 p.m.
The mayor of Rincón de la Victoria, Francisco Salado, highlighted the solidarity and family nature of the day in which the Rinconeros participate and support the important work carried out by the Association of Alzheimer’s Patients and Caregivers. Salado launched an invitation to citizens to be part of this event framed within the Christmas holidays to enjoy with the family surrounded by a sporting atmosphere.

The first test to be held will be the Solidarity Kilometer, which is open to the participation of people of all ages and regardless of their physical fitness, who must complete a distance of 500 meters round trip. Subsequently, the San Silvestre Popular Race of 5 kilometers whose route will reach La Sala Mare Nostrum in La Cala del Moral to return to the finish line located at the starting point of the race.
