Polivalente Gino Pini Awarded Funding for ‘Together Beyond Sport’ Project

Polivalente Gino Pini was awarded the funding for the ‘Together beyond sport’ project, promoted by the Minister for Sport and Youth to promote, through free sporting practice, a support path and a recovery opportunity for fragile subjects, to risk of deviance and marginalization, even in difficult contexts, and encourage sporting activity as a tool for prevention, development and social inclusion. The project, presented in the morning, will involve 90 children, teenagers, women, adults, over 65s who will have the opportunity to carry out continuous free sporting activities for approximately 24 months, differentiated by age. The proposal will include people with motor difficulties, mental health conditions or economic difficulties. The sports activities identified will include pilates, postural gymnastics, football school, tennis school, handball training, judo, work out-calisthenics, kung fu, qi gong, dance and group dances.
