“Peter Lim is receiving favorable treatment from the City Council”

Miguel Zorío, former vice president of Valencia CF and leader of the Marea Valencianista platform, presented a contentious-administrative appeal against the Valencia City Council for “not complying with current legislation in the granting of construction licenses for the New Mestalla.” In his writing he points out that since December 2021 there are several writings in the entry records of the Mayor’s Office and Departments of Urban Planning and Licenses in which he highlights the abandonment of the Valencia City Council, attributable to its governing bodies and officials, and which, according to what he states, Zorío is constitutive of possible crimes of prevarication because they are aware of the law, they have been informed in writing by someone who has the right to do so and, however, the licenses continue without expiring “for the sake of an incomprehensible electoral interest and benefiting grotesque and rude to whoever has breached the urban planning agreement (ATE) signed with the City Council itself, who is none other than Peter Lim,” he points out.
