It is in the heart of building C, a stone’s throw from the athletics track of the National Institute of Sport, Expertise and Performance that Mathieu Nédélec and his teams from the Sport, Expertise and Performance laboratory are working on this subject. In office since the end of 2015, this researcher in performance physiology and sleep specialist has already looked at some 800 athletes with the same objective: to offer them the best possible knowledge of their cycles and their specificities.
