According to Adrian Wojnarowski, the Indiana Pacers are monitoring the market to identify a superstar to join Tyrese Haliburton, a point guard who has had a phenomenal start to the season.
The former Iowa State player is producing 26.9 points with 11.9 assists (first in the NBA), 52% from the field, 44% from three and 88% from free throws, with the Pacers sixth in the East and among the top 4 in the In -Season.
A performance that seems to have convinced the owners to put their foot on the accelerator to try to bring the Pacers back among the best teams in the Eastern Conference.
Haliburton has already contacted potential targets to convince them to move to Indianapolis.
Wojnarowski lists Pascal Siakam among the players treated in the recent past by the Front Office, but it is not clear whether the winger is still among the targets.
