NBA Suspends Draymond Green Indefinitely: Out for at Least Three Weeks

Suspended indefinitely by the NBA after hitting Jusuf Nurkic in the face, Draymond Green will not return to the court for at least three weeks.

We will have to wait until 2024 to see Draymond Green again.

According to insider Shams Charania of The Athletic, the Warriors player has started a process of psychological help after his last bloody attack on Jusuf Nurkic, and will therefore be absent for a minimum of three weeks. News that confirms the rumors from this weekend, Adrian Wojnarowski announcing that Draymond should not play again until January.

Warriors’ four-time NBA champion Draymond Green has started counseling process and is expected to remain sidelined via suspension for at least the next three weeks, sources say.

Three weeks, that takes us until January 8. Until then, the Warriors have ten games to play, nine of which are at home: Boston, Washington, Portland, Denver, Miami, Dallas, Orlando, Denver, Detroit and Toronto.

No details have been given on the therapy that Draymond will follow, but he will work with the Warriors and the NBA to be able to return to the courts “in full possession of his means”.
