Player Jung Kwan Jang Red Sparks Jung Ho-young admitted that his teammates trained very hard during the break leading up to the third round Korean Volleyball League.

Red Sparks coach, Ko Hee-jin increases the intensity of training. This was done so that Megawati and her friends would rise from adversity.

After achieving impressive results in the first round, the Red Sparks suffered five consecutive defeats and only one win from six matches.

Reporting from Naver, Ho-young admitted that he didn’t know much about the team’s training sessions because he joined the Korean women’s national team.

“I don’t know much because I’m with the national team. But I heard that the training volume is really ‘crazy’. The term is if you win, you don’t train. Everyone knows how to make this not too difficult. You just have to train.” he said.

“The training we do is to repeat situations that are expected to occur during the game. When your head is not good, the body will also suffer. It is important to be smart and win.”

Red Sparks have now achieved positive results again. Two consecutive wins have now been achieved by the team which is currently ranked fourth in the Korean Volleyball League.

In the last match, Red Sparks achieved a convincing victory over Hi Pass with a score of 3-0 (27-25, 25-21, 25-18). Megawati contributed 17 points to the team’s victory.
