Patrick Kluivert left Turkish side Adana Demirspor after just under six months. According to Turkish media, he has been fired.
The 47-year-old coach started well in the Turkish Super Lig, but dropped to fifth place after four games without a win.
Kluivert signed for two seasons with last season’s number four in July. He then brought along Zeljko Petrovic and Winston Bogarde as assistants. Bogarde left earlier. Petrovic will have his contract terminated.

After the painful elimination by KRC Genk in the preliminary round of the Conference League, things started to turn around for Adana Demirspor. The team played a series of seven matches in September and October, five of which were won.
Things went less well in November. The 2-3 home defeat against low-flying Samsunspor was, after three draws, Kluivert’s last match at the ambitious Adana Demirspor.
