Inter four points ahead of Juve after victory at Lazio

Inter Milan has extended its lead over first rival Juventus to four points in the Italian Serie A. While the Turin team only managed a 1-1 draw at Genoa on Friday, the Nerazzurri celebrated a 2-0 away win against Lazio on Sunday.

AC Milan are still nine points behind their city rivals in third place after a 3-0 home win against Monza. Stefan Posch won with Bologna in front of his own crowd against AS Roma 2-0. Lautaro Martinez (40th) and Marcus Thuram (66th) scored for Inter. Marko Arnautovic was swapped for Milan in the 78th minute.

A few hours earlier, Milan had beaten Monza 3-0 at home with goals from Tijjani Reijnders (3rd), Jan-Carlo Simic (41st) and former “Bulls” Noah Okafor (76th). The German-Serb Simic scored on his debut at the age of 18.

Posch played through Bologna’s win against Roma. After Nikola Moro took the lead (37th), an own goal from former “Bulls” Rasmus Kristensen (49th) made the decision.
