Authors:

David Joyce is founder and CEO of Synapsing, a general sports strategy and performance consultancy based in Sydney, Australia. He has trained and rehabilitated numerous world and Olympic champions, and worked for two decades in Olympic programs (Great Britain, China and Australia), in addition to directing the training of highly successful teams in the elite of American football, rugby and AFL (Australian Football League).

Daniel Lewindon He is director of medicine and performance science at the LTA (Lawn Tennis Association), the governing body of tennis in Great Britain. He is responsible for leadership, management and the integration of sports medicine and science to support elite players, coaches and performance programs. Before him he worked for 13 years in the world of professional rugby, 7 of them he worked as a physiotherapist for the England senior team.
