The 28-year-old midfielder shone especially with four goals in a 5:2 win over Bohemians 1905. With ten goals, he finished the autumn part of the season at the head of the league table of scorers, and Slovácko also moved to fourth place. Havlík surpassed Ladislav Krejčí from Sparta and Jakub Šulec from Pilsen in the poll.
Koubek is also celebrating his second victory this season, following up on his August triumph. Pilsen won all three league matches in December and also confirmed a 100% point gain and promotion from first place in the European Conference League group. The 72-year-old coach defeated the November winner Martin Svědík from Slovácko and Brian Priske from Sparta in the poll.
