In Lardy, the Telethon will take place a week in advance with a vast program planned for this Sunday, December 3. This year again, volunteers from the city’s many associations and the municipality worked together to establish a mouth-watering program.
But first, to warm up, a muscle race is also organized on Friday December 1st in the City Hall park. For each tour completed, €1 will be donated to the AFM Téléthon. Several classes from the city’s elementary schools will participate and young Larziacois invite as many people as possible to come run in order to raise funds for the Telethon.
Sunday therefore, it is at the Cornuel gymnasium that the town of Lardy invites the public to go to participate in the Telethon with a vast program of activities.
A badminton tournament will be organized by ASLJL Badminton and ASCB Badminton. This event aims to raise funds and donate all of the day’s proceeds to the Telethon. During these tournaments, participants will be offered free meals on site.

In addition, the city will offer a Santa Claus Workshop with letter creation, coloring, introductions to Bachata with the JADLS association and sales of Goodies.
Finally, and this is the originality of this year, a Star Wars photo booth will be present with the heroes of the saga, whether they come from the dark side or not. The 501st Star Wars French Garrison Legion, the official emanation in France of fans of the intergalactic saga who will be present. Stormtroopers, Jedis and even Darth Vader himself should be there.
Without a doubt this year, the Force will be with Lardy and the AFM Téléthon for this solidarity weekend.
