Celebrating 75 Years of Voluntary Work: The Königsbrunn Police Sports Club Honors Judo Couple

The Königsbrunner police judoka prepared a nice surprise for Regina and Johannes Daxbacher and congratulated them on a very special anniversary. The world-famous judo couple now celebrates 75 years of voluntary work at the Königsbrunn Police Sports Club. On the occasion of the end-of-year training, at which numerous children, young people and adults were present despite a high level of illness, the two qualified trainers received a gift basket and words of thanks as well as great applause. Second board member Volker Leitermeier and youth leader Marc Schwalber thanked the founding board member Daxbacher for 41 years and his wife Regina for 34 years of intensive coaching and great reliability. “You are always there and together you have invested 75 years of your life with judo expertise, experience, networks, ideas and passion for the Königsbrunn Police Sports Club and us – and all in your free time! We have been to Italy, Japan and Russia together and are also at home with you You got to know the judo world. And when you teach in other countries, our thoughts are always with you,” said Volker Leitermeier and Marc Schwalber.
