The troubles continue for Achraf Hakimi. The PSG defender took part in a legal confrontation organized by the prosecution on Friday December 8, as part of a rape accusation dating back to last March. The alleged facts relate to an accusation of “digital penetration”, reported CNews the same day. The complainant, aged 24 at the time of the facts, claims that the player sexually assaulted her at her home in Boulogne-Billancourt, in Hauts-de-Seine. She subsequently filed a complaint with the Nogent-sur-Marne police station, in Val-de-Marne.
The victim’s lawyer, Me Rachel-Flore Pardo, declared that her client maintained all of her statements and had become a civil party in this case. According to a police source cited by CNews, the young woman met Achraf Hakimi in January on the social network Instagram, then was driven to his home in March in a VTC ordered by the player. She claims to have been forcibly kissed by the player, who then allegedly touched her and raped her.
