Incheon International Airport Corporation (CEO Koo Bon-hwan) held the ‘2019 National Club Badminton Competition’ at the Sky Dome, a multi-purpose indoor gymnasium at Incheon Airport on the 9th and 10th. Incheon Airport Corporation announced that over 3,000 badminton players from 1,500 teams across the country participated and competed in 85 detailed events by age and level, including men’s doubles, women’s doubles, mixed doubles, and semi-finals. Incheon International Airport Corporation added that it held the competition to realize social value through sports activities and to develop domestic badminton. Koo Bon-hwan, CEO of Incheon Airport Corporation, said at the opening ceremony, “Thank you to the athletes who visited Incheon Airport from all over the country. “Incheon International Airport Corporation will spare no effort in providing relevant support to realize social value and contribute to the development of sports in our country,” he said.
