The groups were drawn today: for Setterosa they challenge South Africa, Canada and a European team that has yet to be chosen from Croatia, Serbia, Germany, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Turkey, Great Britain or Bulgaria.
The objective is obviously to grab first place in the group to gain access to the direct quarter-finals: from there just one victory would divide the Italian team from the Games.
The selector’s comment Carlo Silipo: “We will train to arrive in the best possible condition, with the aim of correcting mistakes and continuing on our growth path, seasoned with exciting victories but also with empty passes that the girls in Qatar will not be able to afford.”
