Venezuelan Players Andrés Giménez and Gabriel Moreno Dominate MLB Gold Gloves 2023

The Larenses Andrés Giménez second baseman of the Cleveland Guardians and Gabriel Moreno catcher of the Arizona Rattlers led the list of winners in the Major League Gold Gloves – MLB 2023, the defensive highlight of the year.

For Giménez, who played his fourth season in MLB, this is his second award, while Moreno, who played his first full year, is one of the 13 debutants – a record number since the award was given.

Arizona’s star receiver wins the distinction for the first time.
