The U17 World Cup taking place in Indonesia will begin its round of 16 this Monday with two games. From 5:30, Brazil will face Ecuador (DSports television) while, starting at 9, Spain and Japan will do the same (by TyC Sports). Thus, two of the tournament’s scorers will appear on stage, both with four shouts: Kaua Elias (Fluminense) for Brazil and Rento Takaoka (Nissho Gakuen) for Japan.
For its part, the Argentine National Team trained this Sunday afternoon with its mind set on Tuesday’s clash against Venezuela.
The team led by Diego Placente had a difficult start to the World Cup with a defeat against Senegal (1-2) but quickly recovered against Japan (3-1) and has just left its best impression against Poland (4-0). Among the kids, striker Agustín Ruberto stands out, with a goal in each game, and driver Claudio “Diablito” Echeverri, both from River.
The training session, which had the first fifteen minutes open to the press, began with the classic rondo and then continued with different passing circuits.
