FALL RIVER — Several football athletes put on a show for Fall River area teams in Week 9.
Many of the performances propel their team to victory.
Rushing touchdowns was the theme for most teams last week but some used the passing attack to provide much needed points. There were even a kickoff return for a touchdown.
Here’s a look at some of the top performers from Week 9:

Davion Adediran, Atlantis Charter/Westport
The Tritons quarterback had a rushing touchdown and passed for 192 yards against Upper Cape in non-playoff action. He also ran the ball for 62 yards.
Collyn Viveiros, Atlantis Charter/Westport
Viveiros had a 76-yard kickoff return for a touchdown in a non-playoff game against Upper Cape.
Jack Orton, Case
The Cardinal senior quarterback tossed three touchdowns to three different receivers during a non-playoff win against Millis.
Braden Bibeau, Case
Bibeau caught six passes for 81 yards and a touchdown in the Cardinals’ non-playoff game against Millis.
Eric Lucas, Durfee
Lucas scored a pair of touchdowns in the Hilltoppers’ non-playoff win against Brookline.
KJ Strong, Durfee
Strong had a rushing touchdown, ran for a team-high 52 yards and passed for 66 yards in the Hilltoppers’ non-playoff victory against Brookline.
Sam Grew, Somerset Berkley
Grew had a career-high 221 yards on 26 carries for the Raiders in a playoff win against Westwood. He also found the end zone three times.
