The Latvian national football team falls to 137th place in the FIFA world ranking

In the final match of the European Championship qualifiers, the Latvian national team lost to Croatia 0:2 at home and lost to Poland 0:2 in the test match.

In the FIFA ranking, Argentina is still the leader, followed by France, while England has moved up to third place and Belgium is fourth. Brazil has lost two places and is in fifth position, the Netherlands is one place higher and is sixth, ahead of Portugal. The eighth place is occupied by Spain, the ninth is Italy, while the top ten is completed by Croatia.
