In this case Sinner’s opponent would be Medvedev.

• If Alcaraz beats Medvedev in three sets and Zverev beats Rublev regardless of the score, Medvedev would go first with Alcaraz second. In this case, Sinner’s opponent in the semifinals would be Alcaraz.

• If Alcaraz beats Medvedev in three sets and Rublev beats Zverev, regardless of the score, Alcaraz first and Medvedev second, with the Russian Sinner’s opponent in the semifinals.
