In Málaga, Spain, tennis legend Novak Djokovic clashed with British fans after his quarter-final victory in the Davis Cup.
The Grand Slam record champion felt disturbed by disruptive actions from the British supporters during the game. After his 6:4, 6:4 win against Cameron Norrie, the Serb let his anger out.

“There was disrespect throughout the game,” complained the 36-year-old, confronting the British fan group after the match. Djokovic appealed to their behavior: “The British fan group should learn how to behave.”
The situation escalated when fans tried to drown out Djokovic’s victory speech with drums. However, the world number one was not impressed by this: “It’s normal for fans to cross the line, and in the heat of the moment you have to react and show that you don’t allow this kind of behavior.”

Despite the distractions, Djokovic kept the upper hand and secured the Serbs’ semi-final ticket with a 2-0 win against Great Britain.
