Team Peru Success at Santiago 2026 Parapan American Games: Badminton Bronze Medals and Overall Performance

The Santiago 2026 Parapan American Games have been a complete success for ‘Team Peru’, as our representatives are giving their all and this is reflected in the medals they have been collecting since the competition began in the capital of Chile. This time it was time to celebrate Kelly Ari and Jairo Aranguri, who won the bronze medals in their respective para-badminton categories, in the SU5 modality.

Kelly Ari did not have an easy morning in Chilean territory, because in the final she faced the Brazilian Maria Brenda Dias. Although the first moments of the confrontation were very even, our compatriot picked up the pace in the decisive moments and took important points to seal her victory.
