To date, almost 60% renewal of new licensees and 70% for overall renewal.
These are the best figures in the AuRA league where only seven clubs out of 190 obtain it.
Two qualified coaches
“This label places the relationship between the club and the licensee at the center and rewards our work in structuring and developing badminton,” underlines Kévin Charbonnel, president of CBC63.
The various events organized, the investment of volunteers around the club, the dynamics of the office and the choice of having two qualified coaches bear fruit in the long term.
“The sustainability of the club depends on the ability to bring in players and make them stay,” continues the president.
