Olympic Qualification Tournament Draw Revealed: Teams and Groups Announced

The draw for the Olympic Qualification Tournaments was held at the Patrick Baumann Basketball House in Mies, Switzerland.

A total of 24 teams will compete in four separate tournaments between 2-7 July 2024. The events will be hosted by Greece (Piraeus), Latvia (Riga), Puerto Rico (San Juan) and Spain (Valencia).

4 teams from the qualifiers will participate in the 2024 Olympic Games to be hosted in Paris. In addition to the host France, 7 teams from the 2023 FIBA ​​Basketball World Cup had already received quotas for the Olympics.

According to the draw, the groups were formed as follows:

Group B (Piraeus, Greece): Egypt, Greece, Dominican Republic
