Csen National Championship

The Csen National Championship was held in Riccione, a competition in which the Judo Gymnastic Club of Valenza, together with the DLF Alessandria judo athletes, won the club ranking in the Beginners category. A result of great importance considering the large participation of clubs from all over Italy, with more than a thousand athletes presenting over the two days of the competition. The Valencian club also achieved a brilliant first place with Luca Martini in the 42 kg, who won by a landslide and is thus preparing for the final of the Italian A1 Championships scheduled for 9 December; silver medal, however, for Davide Raiti in the 46 kg, who fought well, only missing the final, while Nicolò Bombonato, after losing the first fight, found himself and won the three repechages, finishing third in the 50 kg . No medal, however, for Luca Baldelli, fifth in the 60 kg, who put in a lot of effort and desire to win, but had to give in to more experienced opponents. The technicians Alessandro Magro and Enrico Beltrame were both present and satisfied. Next meeting on Sunday 26 November in Arenzano with the pre-agonists.
