Pozzallo – The Italian A2 debutants B championship took place in Riccione where the athletes of Oriana Serra’s Judo Club Ushijima Pozzallo gave this club the lead in the club rankings.
In this regard, the result achieved by Alessandro Bani who graduated as Italian champion in the 42kg category, and the bronze final obtained by the athlete Giovanni Macauda in the +81kg category weigh heavily.
The victory allows the two athletes to qualify for the A1 final which will take place in Rome on 9 December and therefore join their teammates Francesco Gambuzza 73kg, Anna Iozia 63kg, and Marco Di Filippo 66kg who have already qualified by right.
