Italy Earns Redemption with Silver Medal on Day 3 of 2023 European Championships

After the stingy satisfactions of the first two days, Italy redeems itself a little on Day 3 of the 2023 European Championships, which have just concluded in the Sud de France Arena in Pérols (Montpellier), thus avoiding closing with zero medals as in the event of 2017. Alice Bellandi in fact puts around her neck a wonderful silver in the -78 kg, beaten only in the final – and at the end of the 4 regulation minutes – by the German Alina Boehm, who took the gold medal thanks to an O Uchi Gari (leg technique).
