A historic player in employment in Val-de-Reuil (Eure), Interim Leader will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2024. In the meantime, it is taking advantage of its new premises installed in the Falaises area, above the Action store. The move took place this summer. “Before, we were located on rue du Testelet, in the small commercial area located next to Mc Donald’s,” recalls Julie Foubert, business manager within the agency which houses a team of eight employees. “We have increased our workforce. We needed more space and more functional premises.”

Temporary, permanent and fixed-term contracts

The Interim Leader group merged in 2019 with the Actual group. “We have been officially attached to them since 2022,” specifies Julie Foubert, recalling that the offer proposed to her candidates remains unchanged: “We offer temporary assignments and we recruit on permanent and fixed-term contracts,” she indicates. . Our goal is to cover all the needs of our customers. It also allows us to broaden our skills. »

Historic player in employment in Val-de-Reuil

In the same way as the other players in Rolival employment, Leader interim is connected to the Employment Hub, a municipal organization dedicated to employment created in 2022. “We are also connected with the large companies in the area which are historical customers. Even though we are oriented towards industry and logistics, we are a general agency. We can offer positions in the tertiary sector as well as in construction.”

Interim leader covers the entire territory of the Seine-Eure Agglomeration. The group also has a branch in Neubourg “to reach a wider audience and different profiles”.

Julie Foubert insists on the agency’s desire to address all candidate profiles. “Some positions require specific skills, but overall we don’t stop at the CV. Soft skills are also very important. Everyone should be able to have a chance. A life accident or a big hole on your CV should not be a hindrance to your job search. »

More visibility

The recent move has allowed the agency to gain visibility. A necessity for Interim Leader employees who also showed their presence at major events in the city such as Rolivaloise or the employment forum. “We also went to meet the public in the market. We are also in contact with organizations such as the Local Mission or IFAIR and the CCI with whom we recently set up an operation. »

The Leader interim agency is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
