Thanks to the 4-2 victory against Iceland, Slovakia qualified for Euro 2024 with second place in group J. After going behind with Icelandic Oskarsson’s goal in the 17th minute of the first half, Slovakia unleashed by scoring four goals in the space of 25 minutes: 30′ Kucka, 36′ penalty. Duda, 47′ and 55′ Haraslin, Iceland’s second goal from Gudjohnsen.
