Costa Rican Athlete Andrea Vargas Shines at Pan American Games with Olympic Qualification

The Costa Rican athlete Andrea Vargas not only qualified this Wednesday for the final of the 100 meter hurdles at the Pan American Games in Santiago 2023, in Chile, but she was only one hundredth away from achieving the mark at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
