Funny TV moment: Bayern star misses his own anniversary
Against newly promoted Vechta, Wimberg managed to score two points in just over nine minutes. To mark the anniversary, the referees called an unsportsmanlike foul after a scuffle with an opponent.

The teammates gave Wimberg gifts even without donuts and won the game 85:81 in front of 3,140 spectators. For Vechta it is the first defeat in the local Rasta Dome after 29 (!) victories.
In the end the hosts came within two points and the sensation against the cup winners was in the air. But then Carsen Edwards (best thrower with 24 points) and Nick Weiler-Babb each sank two very important free throws.

Bayern won without superstar Serge Ibaka (34/rested) and world champion Andreas Obst (27/foot injury).
On the other side, Juwel Johann Grünloh (18) is particularly in the spotlight. In front of Rafal Juc, however, this time he only managed two points. Juc is a scout for the NBA champion Denver Nuggets (multi-MVP Nikola Jokic plays there, among others) and is in the hall to take a closer look at the center.

Grünloh recently said in the BILD program “HALLEluja”: “For now, I want to finish the season, get my high school diploma and continue to establish myself in the Bundesliga. The BBL is in the foreground. I’m not thinking about the NBA at the moment.”

We’re getting better together as a team.” At Heidelberg, Niklas Würzner scored (best twelve points). After the end of the game at Dyn he said: “Today we couldn’t find our way into the game right from the start. Bonn is too ripped off to let us back in the game. We could have done a little better today, but we lost a little too much.”
