The Under19 team of the Cantù Youth Project continues the flight of Columbus, confirming itself in a great moment but above all in second place in the Eccellenza interregional championship. The team directed by coach Guido Saibene at the beginning of the week they won the 9th round of the first leg by overwhelming Vado at home 80-56. On the shields the Clerici-Meroni tandem scored 47 points between them.
Cantù remains second behind the league leaders Pallacanestro Varese and will return to the field on December 4th for the penultimate round of the first leg on the Borgomanero pitch in a truly big match worth second place.
