The Jurisdictional Body, after reviewing the evidence collected, provided and presented by the Agent of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, issued a ruling of conviction and set the next hearing for November 8, to carry out the individualization of the sanction measure and reparation of the damage.

According to the testimony of Alma “N”, the victim’s older sister, who was 14 years old and was in third grade at Official Secondary School 0518 Annex to Normal, located in the municipality of San Juan Teotihuacán, it appears She was a victim of bullying by a classmate, who challenged her to a fight that was recorded and shared on social networks.
He assured that the teenager had warned about the situation at home; some teachers had even been aware of the physical and verbal attacks by some classmates.
Apparently, the young woman, in order to put an end to the bullying, agreed to meet her partner less than 50 meters from the state campus.
It was the presence of a patrol that caused the minors to disperse, leaving the minor bloodied and alone. Civil Protection paramedics provided first aid and an x-ray revealed at that time that her nose was fractured.

After the attack, Norma Lizbeth was recovering at home but she deteriorated, she began to feel nauseous and fainted until she collapsed. The young woman died on the afternoon of Monday, March 13.
