Araucanía Games 2023: Young Athletes from Argentine Patagonia and Southern Chile Compete in High-Level Sports Competitions

More than 2000 young people from Argentine Patagonia and southern Chile They will be protagonists of the Araucanía Games that start today and will continue throughout the week in different locations until Friday the 17th.

With a rich tradition and the participation of talented young people, the Araucanía Games promise a week full of emotions and high-level sports competitions.

The opening events are scheduled for 8 p.m. and in four different venues: Bariloche (Pedro Estremador Volunteer Firefighters gym), Cipolletti (municipal sports center), Viedma (Ángel Cayetano Arias sports center) and Choele Choel (One Night Club establishment).

In this edition young athletes from Aysén, Magallanes, Los Ríos, Los Lagos, Bío Bío, La Araucanía and Ñuble on the Chilean side; and from La Pampa, Chubut, Santa Cruz, Neuquén, Tierra del Fuego and Río Negro by the Argentine.

The disciplines They include cycling and basketball (Viedma), swimming (Choele Choel), men’s soccer (Cipolletti), athletics (Neuquén), and judo, women’s soccer and volleyball in both branches (Bariloche).

Men’s football and athletics: Cipolletti and Neuquén as venues
