AC Milan Suffers Blow as Pierre Kalulu Faces Four-Month Injury Layoff

Zapping World Eleven Cristiano Ronaldo: Record numbers

AC Milan are more difficult than ever. Last week, the Italians received a nice slap in the face of Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League with a 3-0 loss, a few days after losing at home against AC Milan. Last in the group, Olivier Giroud’s teammates are obliged to obtain a good result on the pitch for the reception of the Parisians scheduled for Tuesday evening. But this will have to be done without one of the French people in its squad, injured and out for the next four months.

Four months in the infirmary

Indeed, Pierre Kalulu, trained with Olympique Lyonnais, suffers from a lesion of the femoral tendon in his left thigh, as indicated by his team. The 24-year-old French defender will therefore miss many weeks and we will have to wait until 2024 to see him on the field again. Since the start of the season, Kalulu has made five appearances in all competitions, but he started and played the entire match against Paris Saint-Germain. This will therefore not be the case for the return.

To sum up

AC Milan received very bad news with the withdrawal of a Frenchman from its squad for the next four months. Indeed, Pierre Kalulu suffers from an injury to the femoral tendon of his left thigh.
